We would like to welcome you to Stoney Brook Dance Company where each dancer that comes through our doors feels supported and valued for their own unique style and personality. We pride ourselves in creating a family friendly, community environment that welcomes everyone; from the shy or rambunctious toddler, to the inspiring, expressive and confident teen. Our teachers show compassion for every single one of our dancers. We love to see them grow and develop, not only in their technical and performance abilities, but also in their friendships and their confidence. There is nothing more special than seeing a dancer who you've taught since they were a young child grow up and become an inspiration and a mentor for those that are following in their footsteps. Here at SBDC, dance is about more than just technical proficiency, it’s about building confidence, finding lifelong friends and becoming a true family.
